General Conditions for Autoclave Repairs:
The diagnostic service does not have a cost for the customer if they accept the repair or review estimate, or if they purchase a new autoclave. Otherwise, it will be charged at a price of 90€ + VAT if it does not exceed three hours, and the amount to be valued if it is more than three hours, or the equipment is incorrectly manipulated.

Substitute Equipment:
The cost for replacement equipment is 146€ + shipping + VAT. Autoclaves Pryon provides this service for 146€ without charge to the customer for up to five days after receiving the repair estimate, review of the customer’s equipment, or purchase of a new autoclave at Autoclaves Pryon S.L. After the fifth day of delivering the estimate, 20€/day + VAT will be charged for «autoclave rental» purposes.

Abandoned Autoclaves:
The customer will be notified by repair estimate or email explaining the abandonment situation. After one month of sending the email, without receiving any response from the customer via WhatsApp or email, Autoclaves Pryon reserves the right to delete or recycle the abandoned equipment for space issues at their facilities.

General conditions for promotions and Installment payments:
Promotions are NOT cumulative. Financing, installment payments, discounts, offers, product gifts, exchange plans, and discount coupons on the website are considered «promotions» and are NOT cumulative. Two coupons cannot be applied to one purchase. A promotion or coupon cannot be applied to an installment purchase or a price-reduced product.
